Content Management Systems
Content Management Systems(CSM) is an application that allows you to create pages for a website, apply styles to the page, and add/edit/remove content on the page. You can add as many pages as you want to your site and manage each page. There are many options for CMS available out there. CMS is the perfect way for you to have complete control over your website without having to know any programming languages. When we create a CMS based website, we first find out what your needs are. We find out what you’re trying to display, the styles of website that you want, the features you want, and then set everything up for you, and show you how to use it, so that you can completely manage the site on your own. We are willing to use any CMS solutions, however we recommend using one of the major open-source CMS solutions like Joomla or Drupal. |
Development Process
1) Consultation: The initial consultation is an exploratory conference that allows our project manager to understand your goals and desired outcomes. We often work with you and make suggestions that you may not have considered. We also try to get a good understanding of styles that you think would fit the site best. We also will provide you with a rough estimate of the costs of the project. 2) Needs Assessment: The assessment is an in-depth review of key objectives, further clarification of features, functionality, styling, and goals. Our development team meets and discusses the project and compiles all questions we can think of. Our project manager will then have a second conference with you to try to obtain answers to all remaining questions and present our plan for your project. We will also provide you with a revised budget so that there are no surprises at any time for you. 3) Program Design & Development: During this phase our staff works together to develop your project. Our project manager will be in contact with you during this phase to let you observe our progress and ensure that we are moving in the direction that you feel necessary. If at any time we become close to our budgets limit we will contact you and let you know why, our current status, and an estimate of what the costs of the project will be and how we can reduce costs. 4) Pre-launch Assessment: At this point the code and style has been completed. The project manager will have a meeting with you to discuss any changes that will need to be made, any additional features you would like to implement. This is also the time where our security expert is testing all code to ensure that there are no bugs or glitches in our work. This is when all marketing, seo, data entry, link building, content creation services which you requested are implemented. 5) Program Management & Delivery: During this phase we launch the site, and ensure that it is ready for the public. Our project manager meets with you to ensure that everything is as you had expected and hoped it would be. Follow Up Consultation: After the launch of the site we check in with you to make sure everything is working smoothly and that your site is performing as you had hoped. If changes need to be made we will make them. We stand behind all of our work 100%. If your site is unsuccessful, then we are unsuccessful; and we never fail. |
